If you wish to cancel your order and discontinue our services before the project has begun, you may do so and Datacom Tech INC will provide you with a complete 100% refund minus the transaction charges.
If you wish to discontinue our services while the project is still active, Datacom Tech INC will refund you the balance payment of your order. The amount for which we have already done the work for your project will be retained and the remaining balance will be refunded.
Any type of project—whether active, on hold, in-progress or already completed—will be ineligible for a partial or full refund provided that payment for that project was made 90 days ago or more than 90 days ago.
If you have any specific concerns and require a complete refund, you may send us a refund request and we will take the decision accordingly.

If the client’s designated website is not ranking after completing all the deliverables assigned for that project inside 30 days, Datacom Tech INC will not hold the client liable for payment and will reimburse the entire payment amount to the client, including any and all transaction changes.
Clients must contact Datacom Tech INC and initiate the money-back guarantee process within 60 days from the date of project completion. Requests received after 60 days will not be entertained.
If we receive a chargeback or payment dispute (i.e. PayPal Dispute) from a credit card company or bank, your service and/or project will be suspended without notice. A $50 chargeback fee (issued to recover fees passed on to us by the credit company), plus any outstanding balances accrued as a result of the chargeback(s) must be paid in full before service is restored, files delivered, or any further work is done. Instead of issuing a chargeback, please contact us to address any billing issues. Requesting a chargeback or opening a PayPal dispute for a valid charge from us is fraud, and is never an appropriate or legal means of obtaining a refund.
